GUIDED HIKING AND BIRDING TRIPS
Explore the Wild Side
PRIVATE HIKE
Half or Full Day
Experience the solitude of the Adirondacks in a group of up to four hikers. Take a walk with a guide who is well versed in North Country history, flora and fauna, and ecology. Topics covered are based on your interests and what we discover together. Hikes range from gentle highland meadows, Saranac Lake 6er’s, or challenge yourself in the Eastern High Peaks and knock a summit off of your 46er list. Your guide will provide a variety of hikes to choose from, and will help you decide which will be best suited for your needs.
GROUP HIKE
Half or Full Day
You, your family and friends can plan a day trip up to one of the many mountain views within the park. There will be one guide per four guests. However, the group size may be up to twelve people for the trip. It’s the perfect chance to get to know some of your fellow guests in the park and explore the natural history alongside a naturalist. The destination will be based off of group hiking experience, and group restrictions within Adirondack land use classifications.
OVERNIGHT HIKING TRIP
<48 hours
Take a full service overnight hike out into the backcountry. A friendly and knowledgeable guide will have cooked meals and a campsite ready for you. Bring your hiking boots and we’ll summit a mountain of your choice, or we’ll travel to a backcountry pond or stream full of Native Trout and Salmon to fly or spin fish. No experience needed, just a desire to delve deeper into the wilderness to emerge with a newfound sense of connection to the natural world.
